Explanation of the author's statement and his saying: (O Haman, build for me a tower, so that I may reach the paths, the paths of the heavens, and look upon the God of Moses, and I am sure he is a liar)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He said:
"O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways - (37) The ways into the heavens - so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar."
[Ghafir 40:36-37]

The one who says
O Haman
Pharaoh and Haman, his minister, his minister, said:
Build for me a tower
meaning a high building, a high building
that I might reach the ways - (37) The ways into the heavens
[Ghafir 40:36-37]
meaning so that I may reach the ways that lead to the sky
That I may look upon the God of Musa.
meaning so that I may look at Him and reach Him directly, because Moses said to him that Allah is in the sky, so Pharaoh deceived his people and said, "Come, build this for me." It is possible that he deceived them so that he would climb this high tower, and then say, "By Allah, I did not find anyone." It is also possible that he said it in a way of mockery, like mockery, saying, "Moses said his God is in the sky, let us go up and see," as a mockery. And whichever it was, listen, he said:
but indeed, I think he is a liar.
[Ghafir 40:37]
And we say, "You lied. You do not think he is a liar, but you know."
The student: That he is truthful.

The Shaykh : That he is truthful, but why did he say
but indeed, I think he is a liar.
[Ghafir 40:37]
? To deceive his people, to deceive his people. Yes, he said:
indeed, I think he is a liar
[Ghafir 40:37]
But we say that he lied in his claim that he thinks he is a liar, but he knows that he is truthful. Moses had said to him:
You have already known that none has sent down these [signs] except the Lord of the heavens and the earth as evidence
[Al-Isra 17:102]
And what did he say? He said, "I do not know?" Hmm.
The student: He did not say, "I do not know." He acknowledged this confirmed news with the lam, and qad, and the oath. Yes, and Allah the Exalted says in another verse:
And they rejected them, while their [inner] selves were convinced thereof, out of injustice and haughtiness
[An-Naml 27:14]

Now, the point of this is that Moses (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Pharaoh and his people that Allah is in the sky, so the intrinsic elevation of Allah the Exalted has been established by the previous laws, it has been established by the previous laws.
