A man who has intercourse with his wife before the tawaf of ifadhah: what is his obligation?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: A man had intercourse with his wife before the tawaf of ifadhah. What is his obligation? Does he have to go out to the state of ihram again? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer: If a pilgrim has intercourse with his wife before the tawaf, he has made a mistake. He must repent to Allah, and he must slaughter a sacrificial animal in Makkah and distribute it to the poor. He is not required to go out to the state of ihram because of this. Rather, he must repent to Allah, pay the expiation, and perform the tawaf and sa'y if he had not yet performed sa'y and was performing qiran or ifrad. As for if he was performing tamattu', he must perform the first sa'y for his 'Umrah, and he must perform the second sa'y after the tawaf for his Hajj.
