There is no blame on one who donates his inheritance from his father to his brothers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I have a piece of land that is an inheritance from my deceased father, and this inheritance has not yet been distributed to this day. I have left it for my brothers to farm, and they eat what comes from it. Allah has made easy for me a livelihood other than this. Am I, by doing this, falling short in the rights of my children regarding their entitlement to this land?
There is no blame on you, and you are not falling short; rather, you are doing good. Your children have Allah, and you are present and alive, taking care of them now, so they have no right to it. The right is yours. If you permit your brothers to have it, out of consideration for their need or to maintain family ties, you will be rewarded and nothing is required of you, and your children have no right to it by this.
