The ruling on a man bathing with his wife together

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) when she said: “I used to bathe with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) from a single vessel, both of us in a state of major ritual impurity.” Does this indicate the permissibility of a man bathing with his wife, even in daylight? Because some jurists said: How do you know that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was bathing with Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) at night, and they did not have light?

Answer:
No, there is nothing wrong with this. Allah has permitted him intercourse, and intercourse is greater than looking. He is allowed to look at her and she is allowed to look at him, and they may bathe together uncovered, because Allah has permitted her to see his private parts and him to see her private parts. So there is nothing wrong, whether at night or in the day, as long as they are covered from people.
