What is the ruling regarding a person who is found in the mosque with the smell of garlic?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Who is responsible for removing the one who persists in eating garlic? The imam...?

Answer:
The imam and the responsible parties, such as the mu'adhdhin and the committee, are responsible for it, provided that removing him does not lead to problems.
Q: If a man prays next to another man who has eaten garlic, and he is bothered by it, should he break his prayer?
The Shaykh: He should be advised. He should be told: Go, do not pray with the people. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded you to go. Go to your house, do not pray with the people, and do not eat garlic.
Q: But—may Allah reward you—if they have already entered the prayer and he is bothered by this smell, and it affects his khushu', should he break the prayer and go to another place?
The Shaykh: This is a matter for consideration. If he is able not to break it, he should not break it; because it became obligatory upon him. He entered it and it became obligatory upon him, so he must complete it. If he can control himself, he should complete it.
Q: If he is unable to, may he break it and go to another place?
The Shaykh: If it is possible for him before the iqamah.
