Ruling on saying: "Allahu Akbar, so-and-so has been destroyed" in enemy territory

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The previous hadith is the hadith of Khaybar -
Allah is greater! Khaybar is destroyed. When we come to a peopleاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ، إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ
Muwatta Malik 21:50

Answer:
Takbir is prescribed for the army; when they ascend a high place, they say takbir, and when they descend to a low place, they say tasbih. This is what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Muslims used to do. And if he says it upon entering the lands, "Allahu Akbar," that is a blessing from Allah, so it is fine.
Q: The questioner, may Allah reward you, says: "Allahu Akbar, so-and-so has been destroyed, when we descend upon the land of a people, may the morning of the warned be wretched"?
The Shaykh: There is no objection to this. Allahu Akbar, yes.
