Should the obligatory prayer or the regular voluntary prayer be performed first at the end of the time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If one wakes up at the end of the time, does he not start with the obligatory prayer?

Answer:
He prays the regular voluntary prayer, then the obligatory prayer:
Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it.من نام عن الصلاة أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها
This is its time.
Q: That is its time, does he pray it as making up a missed act of worship?
The Shaykh: The matter is easy; whether it is called making up a missed act of worship or performing it in its proper time, the matter is easy and it does no harm.
