Does the one who missed the Fajr prayer start with the rawatib?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
If a person is overcome by sleep and delays the Fajr prayer, does he pray the regular voluntary prayer before the obligatory prayer, or the other way around?

Answer:
Yes, he prays the regular voluntary prayer if he wakes up before the sun rises. He prays the regular voluntary prayer, then he prays the obligatory prayer. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he slept through the prayer on one of his journeys and did not wake up until the heat of the sun touched them, they woke up, so he prayed as he used to pray. He ordered the adhan, prayed the regular voluntary prayer, and prayed the obligatory prayer, and he recited aloud in it as he used to pray it at its time, (peace and blessings be upon him).
