It is not permissible for her to boycott her husband. If she boycotts him, the angels curse her until morning, except for a valid reason. If it is for a valid reason, she is demanding her right. If he falls short in her rights, she goes to her family and demands her rights. But if he is fulfilling her rights, it is not permissible for her. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) became angry with his wives when they did what they did, which necessitated their boycotting him. He became angry. May Allah send blessings upon him.
