What is meant by the statement: (The family of Muhammad only eats from this wealth)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
We do not leave inheritance; what we leave behind is charity. The family of Muhammad only eats from this wealth. إنا لا نورث ما تركنا صدقة إنما يأكل آل محمد من هذا المال
. Which wealth, the charity?

The Shaykh : Yes, without inheritance.

The questioner : ...

The Shaykh : No, it is not what he made it, like an endowment. For this reason, the Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) chose that it is permissible for a Hashimi to take zakah from a Hashimi. And the statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to al-Abbas:
We are the filth of the people. إنا هي أوساخ الناس
, meaning the people other than the family of the Prophet. So the Shaykh al-Islam holds that it is permissible for the family of the Prophet to take zakah from the family of the Prophet.
