The Book of Jihad, Expeditions, and Authority-10b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Muhammad ibn al-Sabbah Abu Ja'far narrated to us, and Isma'il ibn Zakariyya narrated to us from Asim al-Ahwal from Abu Usman al-Nahdi, and Mujashi' ibn Mas'ud al-Sulami narrated to me, saying:
I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to pledge allegiance to him for emigration, and he said: "Indeed, emigration has passed for its people, but [pledge] for Islam, jihad, and good."
.

The Shaykh : He was only asked to pledge allegiance to him for emigration so that he would be among the emigrants, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said that emigration has passed. After the conquest of Makkah, there is no emigration, but [one pledges] for Islam, jihad, and good in general.
