The reciter: And Suwayd ibn Sa'id narrated to me: Ali ibn Mughayyir narrated to us from Asim from Abu Usman, who said: Mujash'i' ibn Mas'ud al-Sulami informed me, saying:
I brought the brother of Abu Ma'bad to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) after the Conquest, and I said: O Messenger of Allah, take his pledge of allegiance for migration. He said: Migration has passed with its people. I said: Then with what do you take his pledge? He said: With Islam, jihad, and good.
, Abu Usman said: I then met Abu Ma'bad and informed him of Mujash'i's statement, and he said: He spoke the truth.
