How to respond to the Rafidah regarding wiping the feet in wudu'

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the proper way to respond to them?

The Shaykh : We should respond to them by starting with the highest volume. Woe to the laggards! The heels. Their interpretation of "heels" is that they are the two bones protruding on the back of the foot. This contradicts what the language requires. The language is well-known and famous for defining the heels as the two bones protruding at the lower part of the shin. The Qur'an was revealed in the Arabic language. As for the dual form, the dual is used because there are two heels in each foot, unlike the elbows. Regarding the elbows, it says, "Wash your hands to the elbows," because there is only one elbow in each hand, as each hand has a single elbow. As for responding to them regarding wiping, it will come to us, if Allah wills, in the chapter on wiping over leather socks, that wiping over leather socks is a matter that was mass-transmitted from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)... Clear. Good. We will now begin tonight's lesson.
