What is the ruling on a man marrying another woman while he has a debt, and his first wife is righteous and God-fearing?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : All right, what is the ruling on a man who marries another woman while he has a debt, and his first wife was to him like someone from the first century in obedience and conduct, and they are cited as an example in marital life, meaning Islamic life, and they have eleven children, right?

The Shaykh : Yes, he wants to marry?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : Why?

The questioner : Referring to that girl, she is, meaning, divorced.

The Shaykh : What?

The questioner : Referring to that girl.

The Shaykh : Meaning, the new wife he wants to marry is divorced?

The questioner : Divided, yes. And he said he is afraid for her from society, but are you the successor?

The Shaykh : By Allah, there is something strange about this matter. In any case, perhaps you know that a second, third, or fourth marriage, if it is not intended to harm the first wife, there is no problem with his marriage.

The questioner : But my teacher, again, glory to Allah! The first wife is so obedient that she is like someone from the first century, and we do not praise anyone above Allah.

The Shaykh : My brother, the issue is not limited to obedience alone! For example, she might not protect him!

The questioner : She left no beauty, and she does not protect him either!

The Shaykh : No problem, I am giving you an example, may Allah guide you.

The questioner : Yes, yes.

The Shaykh : There may be a reason that others do not know about.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : The important thing is that he does not intend to harm her.

The questioner : By Allah, harming her, she is his wife, and this is harm to her, meaning, because he has never told her to go to her parents' house.

The Shaykh : There is no woman who does not feel harmed, in her claim, when her husband marries another woman.

The questioner : Does she not feel harmed?

The Shaykh : Yes?

The questioner : Does she not feel harmed!

The Shaykh : Except what?

The questioner : Except that she suffers harm.

The Shaykh : Yes, that is it.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : And therefore, the other party cannot say: that it is not permissible as long as the Qur'an has permitted it, but it is said:

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : That it is
So be just فَاعْدِلُوا
.

The questioner : So be just.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : May Allah bless you, our Shaykh.

The Shaykh : And may He reward you.

The questioner : May Allah make your ending good.

The Shaykh : And to you, and for you the same.

The questioner : May Allah bless you, peace be upon you.

The Shaykh: And upon you peace.
