Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, in ... that he buys for twenty in cash and then ...

The Shaykh : That he sells for twenty in cash and then buys for twenty-five on credit.

The questioner : Shaykh, if we say that this means it is permissible ... and this is clear usury?

The Shaykh : It is not clear usury.

The questioner : Oh Shaykh, he sold it for twenty and then attached it to twenty-five ... .

The Shaykh : It is not clear, because often a person sells, then regrets it, and regrets that he sold it, and buys it back. The time has passed, he says the pilgrims.

The questioner : In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. The author (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the chapter on conditions in sales: "And similar to the condition that the seller stipulates living in the house for a month, or that the camel be carried to a specific place, or that the buyer stipulates upon the seller carrying the firewood or breaking it, or sewing the garment or tailoring it. And if two conditions are combined, the sale is invalid".

The Shaykh : Yes.
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment. It has come before us that conditions in sales are divided, yes, into valid and defective, and that the defective is divided? Abbas?

The questioner : The defective ... .

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Defective in reason.
