If a man wants to marry but on the condition that he will not have children, is that permissible?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you. If a man marries a woman and he does not want to have children with her... after a period of time, she wants to have children, is that valid...?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is forbidden for the husband to practice coitus interruptus with his wife without her permission, because she has a right to children. If it turns out that the man is sterile, and she stipulated in the contract that he was not sterile, she has the right to annul the marriage. If she did not stipulate this, the scholars have two opinions on the matter, and the correct opinion is that she has the right to annul the marriage if it turns out that he is sterile.
