The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) stated, in what he quoted from Khawlah, the wife of Hamzah ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 3118 This is also an indication of the prohibition of injustice in wealth, which is contrary to justice. And in His saying: there is evidence that they act in a reckless manner not based on Sharia principles, thereby corrupting wealth by spending it on what is harmful, such as: one who spends his wealth on tobacco, or on narcotics, or on drinking intoxicants, or the like. Likewise, they delve into it through theft and usurpation, and the like. And likewise, they delve into it through false claims, such as claiming what is not his while lying, and the like. So the important point is that anyone who acts in a non-Sharia manner with wealth, whether it is his own wealth or the wealth of others, has the Fire, may Allah protect us from it; for them is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection, unless they repent and return the injustices to their owners, and repent from what they spend their wealth in from that which is forbidden, such as tobacco and intoxicants, and the like. For whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance, by the saying of Allah the Exalted:
وَاسْتَكْبَرْتَ وَكُنْتَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ And in this hadith there is a warning against spending wealth in that which does not benefit, and delving into it, because Allah made wealth a means of sustenance for people, by which the interests of their religion and worldly affairs are established. So if he spends it in that which is not a benefit, he is among those who delve into the wealth of Allah without right. And success is from Allah.

Some people spend Allah's Wealth (i.e. Muslim's wealth) in an unjust manner; such people will be put in the (Hell) Fire on the Day of Resurrection.

يتخوضونSay: "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful. And return to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes to you; then you will not be helped. And follow the best of what has been revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment comes to you suddenly while you do not perceive it. So that a soul will not say: 'Oh, the regret for what I neglected concerning Allah, and indeed I was among the mockers.' Or it will say: 'If only Allah had guided me, I would have been among the righteous.' Or it will say when it sees the punishment: 'If only I had a return, so I would be among the doers of good.' But indeed, Our signs came to you, but you used to deny them and be arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers."
