What should a wife do with her husband who has started missing the Fajr prayer in congregation and praying it at home?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : e : If Allah wills, and with your prayers, but for a short time now he has been late for the Fajr prayer?

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : e : He prays it, but at home, not in the mosque?

The Shaykh : Yes.

⟧The questioner : e : And there is disagreement between him and his wife.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : e : So what is the ruling on that?

The Shaykh : The ruling on that, as you know, if Allah wills:
Men are in charge of women الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ
[An-Nisa 4:34]
, and she does not have authority over him, the man, but rather she should continue to advise him and remind him, and there should be no disagreement or marital defiance between them that might, God forbid, lead to severe conflict resulting in separation. So she has nothing to do but continue to advise him in the best manner, with gentleness and softness, as is the principle in the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in the Noble Qur'an:
Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best
[An-Nahl 16:125]
. She has nothing to do but this, and peace be upon you.

The questioner : e : And peace be upon you.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, our Shaykh, may Allah bless you.
