A Benefit Regarding Those Who Rule by Other Than What Allah the Exalted Has Revealed

The Shaykh : Indeed, the Muslim community in these times, which have been long since the sending of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), has seen the hearts of many of them harden, and many of them have fallen into open sinfulness. Furthermore, those who are not fit for authority have taken control of the Muslims due to their open sinfulness, and even their apostasy from Islam. Those who do not rule by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and who consider ruling by laws to be better than the ruling of Allah and His Messenger, are disbelievers without a doubt, and apostates from Islam. However, Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) tests people with one another. If the believer is patient, seeks reward from Allah, awaits relief from Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and takes the means that lead to the intended goal, Allah will make the matter easy for him.
