Is it permissible to tie the legs of the animal being slaughtered at the time of slaughter and ritual slaughter?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : If you are unable to slaughter except by tying the hands and legs, there is nothing wrong with it; this is a pressing need. It is like when we want to slaughter a camel: we tie its left hand, and it stands on three legs. Then the one slaughtering approaches from the right side and slaughters it, and then it falls to the left. It falls to the left side because the left hand is tied, so there is nothing for it to lean on, and it falls on the left side after being slaughtered. It is left to kick with its legs until it dies. A cow is slaughtered by being laid down first, then slaughtered, just as a sheep is slaughtered. So if you are unable to slaughter it while its legs are free, there is nothing wrong with tying them so that you are able to slaughter it and relieve it.
