Ruling on a woman in the waiting period moving from her home to another home
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: My father passed away, and my mother is an elderly woman. She is in the waiting period and wants to go out to visit one of her daughters because she is ill. If she stays in the house, she gets tired, and she likes to go to one of her daughters because staying in the house tires her out greatly. Is it permissible for her to go to one of her daughters while she is in the waiting period?
Answer: It is permissible for her to do so if she needs to, and it is not feasible for her daughter to come to her, and no one is available to serve her in the house; because Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Taghabun: 16]. And success is from Allah.
Answer: It is permissible for her to do so if she needs to, and it is not feasible for her daughter to come to her, and no one is available to serve her in the house; because Allah the Exalted said:
So fear Allah as much as you are able
