A nursing child does not become the son of the second wife who did not nurse him

Question: Your Eminence, the Shaykh: Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. As for what follows:
I would like to ask: My brother is married to two women. His first wife nursed my younger brother along with her son for more than five feedings.
My question is: Does he become the son of my brother’s second wife, who did not nurse him, or must she observe hijab from him, given that he is now 14 years old? And if this brother of mine grows up and marries, does his wife uncover herself to my brother—who has become his father through nursing—or must she observe hijab from him? May Allah reward you with good.
Answer: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, after that:
Based on the nursing you described, the nursing child mentioned becomes the son of the woman who nursed him and the son of her husband. As for the second wife, he is not her son, but he is her husband’s son and a mahram to her, because she is the wife of his father through nursing. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Sahih Muslim 1445i. May Allah guide everyone to what pleases Him.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
