The Ruling on One Who Divorces with Three Pronouncements and Intends Each to Be an Independent Divorce

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother, the virtuous Shaykh, the President of the Grand Court in Ta'if, may Allah guide him to all that is good, amen.
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. After that:
O Beloved: I have reviewed what your virtue recorded in the attached paper, regarding the manner of the divorce that occurred from the husband, 'A. 'A., to his wife. He said to her in a state of anger: "You are divorced, you are divorced, you are divorced," three times, and followed it by saying: "You are forbidden to me and permitted to another." He intends each of the three pronouncements to be an independent divorce, because she threatened to burn herself if he did not divorce her.

Answer: Based on that, what I see is: that she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband; because he has exhausted the three pronouncements with separate words.
So I hope you will inform everyone of that. May Allah reward you, and thank you for your efforts.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
