Ruling on one who pronounces a final divorce with three phrases

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: From 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, to the honorable brother, M. Y. (may Allah preserve him and take care of him), amen.
Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. After that:
Your letter, dated (without date), has reached you, may Allah guide you, and what it contained of the information: that you divorced your wife with a single phrase on the date 26/4/1392 AH, and you took her back, then you divorced her on the date 15/7/1392 AH, and you sent her the attached copy of the divorce document, then on the date 19/7/1392 AH you acknowledged before the judge and witnesses that you divorced her with a final divorce with three phrases, and this was recorded in the certificate issued by the Grand Court in Jeddah, a copy of which is attached.
And that your intention when you acknowledged her divorce was: that it be a final divorce with no taking back, and you have remained with this intention, to the end of what you mentioned, and your desire for the fatwa was known.

And the answer: Based on what you mentioned just now, your wife has exited from your protection, and she has separated from you with a major separation, and she is forbidden to you until she marries a husband other than you in a lawful marriage, and he has intercourse with her, and we ask Allah to make the good in reality.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
