.

Answer:
Al-Nasa'i narrated in his Sunan al-Sughra (8/68), saying: Suwayd ibn Nasr informed us, saying: Abdullah informed us from Isa ibn Yazid, saying: Jarir ibn Yazid told me that he heard Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir narrating that he heard Abu Hurayrah saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A Hadd punishment that is carried out on earth is better for the people of earth than if it were to rain for thirty mornings.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 4904
. Amr ibn Zurarah informed us, saying: Isma'il informed us, saying: Yunus ibn Ubayd told us from Jarir ibn Yazid from Abu Zur'ah, saying: Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
Carrying out a Hadd punishment in a land is better for its people than if it were to rain for forty nights.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 4905
. End of quote.
And Imam Ahmad narrated in his Musnad (2/362), saying: Abdullah told us, my father told me, Zakariyya ibn Adi told us, Ibn al-Mubarak informed us from Isa ibn Yazid from Jarir ibn Yazid from Abu Zur'ah from Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said:
A hudud punishment established in the land is better for the people than if they were rained upon for thirty or forty mornings
.
Then he said in (2/402): Abdullah told us, my father told me, Utaybah told us, Abdullah told us, saying: Isa ibn Yazid informed us, saying: Jarir ibn Yazid told me that he heard Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir narrating that he heard Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A Hadd punishment that is carried out on earth is better for the people of earth than if it were to rain for thirty mornings.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 4904
.
And Ibn Majah said: (2/848): Hisham ibn Ammar told us, al-Walid ibn Muslim told us, Sa'id ibn Sinan told us, from Abu al-Zuhri from Abu Shujarah Kathir ibn Murrah, from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Carrying out one of the legal punishments prescribed by Allah (SWT) is better than if it were to rain for forty nights in the land of Allah (SWT)إقامة حدٍ من حدود الله خير من مطر أربعين ليلة في بلاد الله 
Sunan Ibn Majah 2537Da'if (Darussalam)
. He said in al-Zawa'id: In its chain is Sa'id ibn Sinan, whom Ibn Ma'in and others weakened. And al-Daraqutni said he fabricates hadith.
Amr ibn Rafi' told us, Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak told us, Isa ibn Yazid informed us - I think from Jarir ibn Yazid - from Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A legal punishment that is carried out in the land is better for the people of that land than if it were to rain for forty days.
Sunan Ibn Majah 2538Da'if (Darussalam)
.
And he said in Majma' al-Zawa'id (6/263): From Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A day with a just imam is better than the worship of sixty years, and a hudud punishment established in the land with its right is purer than rain for forty morningsيومٌ من إمامٍ عادل خير من عبادة ستين سنة، وحدٌ يقام في الأرض بحقه أزكى من مطر أربعين صباحًا
. Al-Tabarani narrated it in al-Awsat, and said: It is not narrated from Ibn Abbas except with this chain, and in it is Zurayq ibn al-Sukht, whom I do not know.
In the chain of Abu Hurayrah in all the paths mentioned, there is Jarir ibn Yazid ibn Jarir ibn Abdullah al-Bajali, who is weak, as stated in al-Taqrib.
In the chain of the hadith of Ibn Umar: Sa'id ibn Sinan, who is weak, as al-Heithami said. And al-Hafiz said in al-Taqrib: He is abandoned, and al-Daraqutni and others accused him of fabrication.. End of quote.
