What is the ruling on the prayer of one who did not wash his entire body with water in the ghusl for janabah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The brother who indicated his name with the initials A. A. from al-Kharj says in his question:
I woke up from my sleep one time while I was having a wet dream and a fluid came out of me. Then I washed only the lower part of my body and then I prayed. What is the ruling on my action? And what about the prayers I prayed after that? Please guide us, O honorable father, may Allah reward you with the best reward for me and for the Muslims.

Answer:
If a man or a woman has a wet dream and semen comes out of them, they must perform ghusl for their entire body, which is the ghusl for janabah. This is based on the saying of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) :
And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselvesوَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا
[Al-Ma'idah: 6], and based on what is established in the two Sahihs from Umm Salim (may Allah be pleased with her) that Umm Sulaym said: "O Messenger of Allah, Allah is not shy of the truth, but is there a ghusl required for a woman if she has a wet dream?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Yes, if she sees any liquid.نعم إذا رأت الماء
Muwatta Malik 2:86
.
And it is obligatory for one who did not perform ghusl to make up the prayers he prayed before he performed ghusl, because he prayed them without ritual purity. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Salat will not be accepted without purification, nor Charity from Ghulul.لا تقبل صلاة بغير طهور، ولا صدقة من غلول
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1Sahih (Darussalam)
, narrated by Muslim in his Sahih, and based on his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying:
The prayer of none amongst you would be accepted in a state of impurity until he performs ablution.لا تقبل صلاة أحدكم إذا أحدث حتى يتوضأ
Sahih Muslim 225
.
The Noble Qur'an also indicates this in the saying of the Exalted in Surat al-Ma'idah:
O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselvesيَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُوا بِرُءُوسِكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا
[Al-Ma'idah: 6]. So this noble verse and the authentic hadiths indicate that one who stands for prayer while in a state of minor ritual impurity must perform the wudu' prescribed in this verse. But if his impurity is major, which is the impurity of janabah, then he must perform ghusl.
And istinja' (cleaning oneself after relieving oneself) is necessary before wudu' if the impurity is from urine, feces, or something similar, based on the authentic hadiths regarding this. And success is from Allah.
