How to Perform the Ghusl for Major Ritual Impurity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first, second, and third questions from Fatwa No. ( 16336 )
Q 1: If a man experiences a wet dream and wants to perform ghusl, is it obligatory for him to perform the ghusl in order from the head to the feet, or is it sufficient for him to pour water over his body? And is it obligatory for him to rub his body?
A 1 : It is better for one who wants to perform ghusl for major ritual impurity, whether from a wet dream or otherwise, to first perform istinja', then perform wudu', then wash his head and saturate it with water, then pour water over the rest of his body three times. The obligatory requirement is to wash the entire body once. If he intends both wudu' and ghusl together and covers his entire body with water, that suffices him, and the wudu' is included in the ghusl.
