What are the times when prayer is disliked?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
What are the times when prayer is disliked?

Answer:
The times when prayer is prohibited are: from the dawn of Fajr until the sun has risen the height of a spear, and when the sun is at its zenith in the middle of the sky until it leans toward the west, and after the 'Asr prayer until the sun sets. These are the times of prohibition in which hadiths were established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibiting prayer in them. However, an exception to this is, in the most correct of the scholars' opinions, prayers with a cause, such as the prayer of tawaf after 'Asr or after Fajr, and the prayer for an eclipse, and the greeting of the mosque, for these are permissible in the times of prohibition. Also excepted from this is the sunnah of Fajr, for he prays it after the dawn of Fajr, and it is not prescribed for him to increase it, but he prays two rak'ahs. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when the dawn of Fajr appeared, would not pray except two light rak'ahs, the sunnah of Fajr. If he did not pray it before that due to the tightness of time or for other reasons that prevented him from performing it before the prayer, it is permissible, in the most correct of the scholars' opinions, to make it up after the Fajr prayer. And if he delays it until the sun has risen, that is better. And success is from Allah.
