And prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.

The reader: In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) quoted in the context of the hadiths in the chapter on the miracles of the awliya (close friends of Allah) and their virtue: "From Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah (may Allah be pleased with both of them), who said:
My father called me on the evening before (the battle of) Uhud and said: "I perceive that I shall be among the first from among the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) to be martyred, and after him you are the dearest to me. I am under the burden of debt. Pay it and treat your sisters well." Next morning he was among the first to be killed, so I buried him along with another in the same grave. Thereafter, I did not like that I should leave him with another in the grave. So I dug up his corpse after six months and he was in the same condition in which he was on the day when I buried him, except that there was a scratch on his ear. Then I buried him in a separate grave.
Riyad as-Salihin 1507
Al-Bukhari narrated it"

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
We have previously explained some of the miracles of the awliya (close friends of Allah) that the author (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned in his book, *Riyad al-Salihin*, in the chapter on the miracles of the awliya (close friends of Allah) and their virtue. He mentioned in this hadith what happened to 'Abd Allah ibn Harith (may Allah be pleased with him), the father of Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah. He woke his son Jabir one night and said: "I do not see myself but as one who will be killed, or as the first casualty with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)", and this was before the Battle of Uhud. Then he gave him a will, saying: "I will not leave behind anyone dearer to me than you after the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family)." He instructed him to pay off a debt he had and to treat his sisters well. Then the battle took place, and 'Abd Allah ibn Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) was killed. There were seventy men killed that day, and it was difficult for the Muslims to dig a grave for each man, so they buried two or three in one grave. 'Abd Allah ibn Harith, the father of Jabir, was buried with another man, but Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) was not at ease until he separated his father from the one buried with him. He exhumed him six months after his burial and found him as if he had been buried that day; nothing had changed except a slight change in his ear. Then he placed him in a separate grave. As for 'Abd Allah, he (may Allah be pleased with him) paid off his father's debt and treated his sisters well. In fact, Jabir (I mean Jabir) married after that and married a previously married woman. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him:
"Have you married?" He said: "Yes." He said: "A virgin or a previously married woman?" He said: "A previously married woman." He said: "Why did you not marry a virgin, so that you could play with her and she with you, and joke with her and she with you?" He said: "O Messenger of Allah, my father left me with sisters."
and he mentioned that he took the previously married woman to take care of them. This is part of the miracle of Jabir's father, 'Abd Allah ibn Harith, in that Allah (may Allah be pleased with him) made his dream come true, so he became the first casualty at Uhud. He was buried, and the earth did not consume anything of him except a little, and six months had passed over him. This is one of his miracles. Know that when a person is buried, the earth consumes him, and nothing remains except the coccyx. The coccyx is like a seed for the creation of people on the Day of Resurrection, from which the bodies grow, except for the prophets (peace and blessings be upon them), for whom the earth does not consume them, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said:
for Allah has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the Prophets إن الله حرم على الأرض أن تأكل أجساد الأنبياء
Sunan Ibn Majah 1637Da’if (Darussalam)
As for other than the prophets, the earth consumes them, but Allah may prevent the earth from consuming someone as a miracle for him. And Allah grants success.
