What he transmitted from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him):Sahih al-Bukhari 3608: The Muslims after the sending of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) are the followers of the Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). As for before that, the Muslim is the one who follows the established Shari'ah. So the people of Moses in the time of Moses were Muslims, the Christians in the time of 'Isa were Muslims, and whoever believed among the people of Nuh were Muslims, and so on, every one who was a believer in a Messenger whose message was established is a Muslim. The Jews are the followers of Moses. They were named so after their grandfather Yehuda, so they trace their lineage to this grandfather. But with Arabization, they became "Yahud" with a Dhal, and they are: "a wrathful, cursed, treacherous, faithless, boastful nation that describes its Lord with defects and shortcomings. Before the Day of Resurrection, they will fight the Muslims. Reflect on the word: "the Muslims." Reflect on the word "the Muslims"!! The Muslims and the Jews will fight, and the Muslims will be victorious over them with a glorious victory, until the Jew hides behind the stone and the tree, meaning he takes refuge in it, and the tree and the stone will say: -Allah, who has given speech to everything, will make them speak- "O Muslim, here is a Jew under me, kill him." Stones that speak and trees, why? Because the fighting is between the Muslims and the Jews.
