The Shaykh :"And from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) who said: Bulugh al-Maram 8:51 It was narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah, and Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim graded it as authentic".
This is related to the two previous hadiths. It is that this woman embraced Islam, and her husband embraced Islam and she knew of his Islam, but she married another man. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered her to be returned, or the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned her to her first husband. Why? Because she remained in her first marriage, and she knew of his Islam, yet she proceeded to marry another person while she was still in the bond of another person. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took her from her second husband and returned her to the first husband.
A woman had accepted Islam and then re-married, so her (previous) husband came and said, "O Allah's Messenger, I had accepted Islam and she knew that I had done so." So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) took her away from her second husband and returned her to her first one.
