Are societies more receptive to the Islamic call now than before?

A question from: H. T. - from America, asking: Do you, may Allah preserve you, believe that societies are more receptive to the Islamic call now than before, meaning that there is no longer what is called: (the wall of collision between the call and society)?
A: In the name of Allah, and praise be to Allah. People today are in the greatest need for the call, and they are receptive to it; due to the abundance of callers to falsehood, due to the collapse of the communist ideology, and due to this great awakening among Muslims. People are now eager to enter Islam and to deepen their understanding of Islam, as has reached us in all regions.
My advice to the scholars and those engaged in the call is to seize this opportunity, and to exert themselves in calling to Allah and teaching people what they were created for, which is the worship of Allah and obedience to Him, orally, in writing, and otherwise, to the extent that a scholar is able, through Friday sermons and other sermons in appropriate gatherings, through authorship, and through the print, audio, and visual media.
Therefore, the scholar or the caller to Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, should seize the opportunity to convey the call by every lawful means, and they are many, praise be to Allah. So one should not be negligent in conveying the message, calling, and teaching, for people are now receptive to the good and evil that is said to them.
Therefore, the people of knowledge of Allah and His Messenger should seize the opportunity and guide people to good and guidance on a solid foundation of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and each caller should strive to know what he is calling to through the Book and the Sunnah, and to understand it well so that he does not call out of ignorance. Rather, his call must be with insight. Allah the Exalted said: [Yusuf: 108]. So one of the most important conditions is that the scholar or the caller to Allah be with insight in what he calls to and in what he warns against. It is obligatory to be cautious in this matter; for a person may be lax in this and call to falsehood or forbid what is right. So it is obligatory to verify matters, and that the call be based on knowledge, guidance, and insight in all circumstances.
