A: One should not go to extremes in this matter, and squeezing the penis carries great danger. It is one of the causes of urinary incontinence and one of the causes of obsessive doubts. However, whenever the urine comes out, you should clean yourself with water, and praise be to Allah, or clean yourself with stones, and praise be to Allah.
As for squeezing the penis in order for something to come out, this is an error and is not permissible. It is one of the causes of obsessive doubts and urinary incontinence. Whenever the urine stops, you should clean yourself with water, or clean yourself with stones or the like, three times or more, until the impurity is removed, and that is sufficient. What comes out of the white fluid after urination is either pre-seminal fluid or a thick fluid, and all of it is on the ruling of urine.
