What is the ruling on what comes out of urine after istinja'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. What is the ruling on what comes out of a person in the form of urine after istinja' with water?

The Shaykh : This invalidates the wudu', but we must know that some people are afflicted with waswas (whispers of doubt), and you find them thinking, "Something came out, something came out." This is not permissible. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said when asked about a man who doubts whether something came out of him or not:
He should not return (from prayer) unless he hears a sound or perceives a smell (of passing wind). لا ينصرف حتى يسمع صوتا أو يجد ريحا
