Is the call to prayer made in a workplace close to the mosque?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: The brother: A. B. says: If we are in our workplace and it is not far from the mosque, should we make the call to prayer in our workplace?

A: It is obligatory for you to pray in the mosque with the congregation, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Whoever hears the call for prayer and and does not come (to the mosque for prayer), his prayer will not be accepted from him, unless he has a (legitimate) excuse.من سمع النداء فلم يأت فلا صلاة له إلا من عذر
Bulugh al-Maram 2:308
If a compelling obstacle prevents you from doing so, it is prescribed for you to make the call to prayer and the second call in your location; due to the generality of the scriptural evidence regarding this.
