Q: I am an employee in a pharmacy, and the owner of the shop has appointed a woman as our supervisor. What do you advise me to do?
A: We advise you not to remain in this pharmacy. Beware and seek other employment, and be assured of good, for Allah the Exalted says:[At-Talaq 65:2] and He provides for him from where he does not expect [Al-Talaq: 2 - 3]. If it is possible for you to advise the owner of the pharmacy to appoint a male supervisor, then do so; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): , and may Allah guide them all.

And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out
