A woman entered a man's house and demanded that he commit fornication with her, threatening to expose him otherwise; is this considered coercion?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a man is coerced by a woman, for example, a man known for piety and goodness enters a house without any intention, and a woman comes to him and says, "You must do this to me, or I will expose you in the market," is this considered coercion by the woman against the man?

The Shaykh : This is considered coercion. How so? A woman enters a man's house and tells him that either he must do this to her, or she will scream to the people and say that this man coerced her, right?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : This happened, but not in this form. A woman stopped a man and said, "Take me in your car; my family is nearby." Then he took her in. He felt sorry for her, saying the weather was hot, it was nap time, and the sun was out. He said he took her in, and every time he asked her, "Have we arrived?" she would tell him, "Walk, walk, walk," until he took her out of the town and she invited him to herself. He said to her, "Fear Allah." She said to him, "Either you do it, or I will scream and say that you are the one who took me in the car and seized me." What do you say about this? Is it coercion?

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : The car owner deceived her. He told her, "Let's go to the house, our house," meaning he would make himself look presentable and so on. She said that did not object to it. He deceived her, and then he told her to get out, or he threatened her with a knife in her stomach. She got out. The point is, do we say this is coercion, or do we say he should be patient and deceive her, as the brother Ahmad said? He should deceive her until it is over.

The questioner : And if she refuses, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : No, she does not refuse. Allah will make his affair easy. Whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for him.
