Is the shemagh included with the 'imamah?

The Shaykh : Therefore, you students of knowledge should, when such a discussion arises, clarify to this brother who had a good intention but did wrong in his action that this is an aggression upon people, preventing them from one of the rituals of tawaf while you intend to do good. You are doing good, but you are doing harm; the intention is good, but the action is bad.
