The issue of a hunter eating his game if he killed it for a person in the state of ihram has confused the students.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He says:The questioner : One of the issues has confused many of the students!

The questioner : One of the issues.

The Shaykh : Yes, one of the issues, not one of the issues we raised yesterday, but the issue of a hunter eating his game if he killed it. You said in one place that it is permissible if it was ... slaughtered according to the Shari'ah, otherwise it is not, and in another place you said it is not permissible for a hunter to eat his game if he killed it for?

The questioner : For a person in the state of ihram.

The Shaykh : Yes, our discussion is about a hunter killing game for someone not in the state of ihram. One of the students asked about it yesterday, and we answered: if a person in the state of ihram kills a hunter's game for him, there is no sin on him and no expiation, but he does not eat it because he killed it while in the state of ihram. And if another person, who is not in the state of ihram, kills a hunter's game for him outside the Haram, then if he intended the slaughter and slaughtered it in the place of slaughter, it becomes lawful; otherwise, it does not.

The questioner : Is it forbidden for someone not in the state of ihram?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is forbidden. Glory be to Allah, Khalid is sometimes not with us. We said that what the person in the state of ihram slaughtered, whether alone or in partnership, is forbidden for the person in the state of ihram and for others. Did you understand? And what is forbidden for him by virtue of his indication or assistance, meaning it was hunted for his sake, is forbidden for him alone.
The questioner says on the paper, who is this questioner?
I said that sea game is permissible for a person in the state of ihram and is not forbidden, but the condition is that it not be in the Haram. Suggestion: what is your opinion about not writing the questioner's name on the paper, because some of the brothers have a question and do not want to write it down, not wanting anyone to know it. Why? Is this suggestion acceptable or rejected?

The questioner : Rejected.

The Shaykh : ... Rejected. I see that he writes his name in clear handwriting that everyone can read, and if you wish, you say the writer and the non-writer, and repeat it two or three times. What is the harm in that?

The questioner : Shaykh, is it embarrassing?

The Shaykh : There is no embarrassment, O student of knowledge, may Allah bless you. It is only beneficial if you seek knowledge in its full meaning.

The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah bless you. Regarding the discussion, if you make it after the adhan, a discussion on the chapter of prohibitions ... .

The Shaykh : We invoke Allah over our striking with stones so that it becomes lawful. How is that, I mean?

The questioner : No, O Shaykh, I mean after the adhan ..

The Shaykh : Now, we have almost left inheritance, even though only two or three chapters remain for us!

The questioner : ... .

The Shaykh : They are all simple. It is all because you press us with questions, so I say: agree now that there is no discussion, and if Allah wills, you are not forgetting, and the one who forgets can catch up with the tapes or the writing.
