Answer:
It is not permissible. “Tubaarak” (Blessed) is among the attributes of Allah.
blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.تَبَارَكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ
[Al-A'raf:54]
Blessed is He in whose hand is dominionتَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ
