Is Allah the Exalted described as having *mukr* (scheming)?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is Allah described as having *mukr* (scheming)?

Answer:
In contrast to the schemers, just as He described Himself:
But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
[Al-Anfal: 30], in contrast to the unjust schemers, it is a true *mukr*, not a *mukr* of play, a *mukr* with truth, and mockery with truth, and deception with truth.
Q: Is this a matter of *qisas* (retaliation in kind)?
A: *Qisas* and reciprocity, yes.
Q: And the *ta'wil* (figurative interpretation) of these attributes?
A: *Ta'wil* of them is an error, but their fruits, in the sense of explaining their fruits, which is taking revenge and punishing those who schemed, deceived, and mocked, this is among their fruits, and among their implications is punishment, just as He becomes angry, and the implication of His anger is that He punishes those He is angry with. He becomes angry, Glorified and Exalted is He, and He is pleased, so among the causes of anger is the punishment of those He is angry with, and among the causes of pleasure and mercy is doing good to those He has shown mercy to and is pleased with.
