The ruling on one who prays and one who leaves it, and on one who delays it beyond its time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He leaves one obligatory prayer and not another; sometimes he prays, and sometimes he does not pray?

Answer:
It appears that he commits disbelief, yes. The one who prays and does not pray at times, his ruling is the ruling of the one who leaves it.
Q: Or he delays it beyond its time, like the Fajr prayer?
A: The apparent meaning of the texts is that if he delays it beyond its time intentionally, he commits disbelief by that. However, some scholars distinguished between the grouped prayers and the ungrouped ones: such as Zuhr and 'Asr, and Maghrib and 'Isha'. The matter is easier in this case, unlike the one who delays Fajr until after the sun rises, or 'Asr until after the sun sets; there is no doubt for him in that.
Q: He might be sleeping, for example?
A: If he is excused, that is another matter. If he is excused, he is not included in this.
Q: If he does not care, meaning: he did not set...?
A: Disbelief is feared for him. If he is lax and does not set a time and does not order... he is lax. The apparent indication is intentionality, and intention is a serious matter, especially in this age. We ask Allah for safety.
