Ruling on children advancing in the rows of congregational prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Young children...?

Answer:
They should not be left in the row; they should be sent to the back, because they are not among those obligated to pray.
Q: Should there be a separate row for children?
A: No, they do not have a separate row unless they are all together. If they are all gathered, the men form the rows, then the boys, then the women... whoever advances is more entitled. But if they are traveling and get out of the car to pray, or if they gather, the adults form the rows, then the children, then the women. As for in the mosques, whoever advances is more entitled; whoever reaches the first row, then the second, then the third is more entitled, even if he is seven years old, or even if he is ten years old, because he is among those obligated to pray.
