Is it the Sunnah for the imam to pray the rawatib at home?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is it better for the imam to pray the regular voluntary prayers at home?

Answer:
The Sunnah is that he performs them at home, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do. He would perform them and then come out. All voluntary prayers are better at home, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The best prayer of a man is in his home, except for the obligatory prayersأفضل صلاة المرء في البيت إلا المكتوبة
, except for the voluntary prayer for which Allah has prescribed congregation: such as tarawih, the eclipse prayer, and the prayer for rain. These are prescribed congregational prayers that are performed in the open. As for the voluntary prayer that has no congregation, it is better at home.
