What is required of the ignorant grave worshipper?
This is one of the great matters that Islam brought and that the messengers brought; nothing like it is hidden from them. The Qur'an is in their hands, the Sunnah is in their hands, and the scholars are in their hands, yet they are content with what they are upon and are not pleased to be reminded. We ask Allah for well-being.
Then, if it were to be the case that they were ignorant, the ruling in this world is this, like all other disbelievers. As for the Hereafter: if Allah (Mighty and Majestic) knows from their hearts that they were ignorant and that they were seeking the truth, they will have the ruling of the Hereafter with Allah. Allah takes charge of their reckoning, like the people of the intervals. They may be tested on the Day of Resurrection. We ask Allah for well-being. And He, Exalted is He, has made it clear that most of them do not reason and do not understand. He, the Exalted, said: [Al-A'raf: 30], and He, the Exalted, said: those whose efforts were lost in the life of this world, while they thought that they were doing well [Al-Kahf: 103-104]. We ask Allah for well-being.
