The ruling on one who says to his wife: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced,” and then she returns to him

Question:
He says: A discussion and quarrels occurred between us in the house, and my father divorced my mother with three divorces, meaning he said: “You are divorced, divorced, divorced.” My mother took me to my house. After a period, my eldest brother came to me and said: “I inquired, and they said that your mother can return to your father, and now we want her to return.” She returned, and then after a period, my mother came back to live with me. I ask for guidance on this matter: Is it permissible for her to return? Are there any conditions or not? May Allah reward you with good.

We see her presence with your father, and with you, at the court, or at the Dawah office if you are in a country that has a Dawah office.
