Advice for one who wanders during worship and does not reflect on the Qur'an

Question:
A message from a group of our sisters in Allah, who say: O Shaykh! We are a group of young women on the path of good—if Allah wills—and we strive hard to do all that pleases the Face of Allah. However, we are afflicted with distraction, lack of reflection, and inability to focus during worship, especially when reciting the Noble Qur'an and praying. This puts us in a state of psychological instability and a feeling that our deeds are not accepted. We feel and fear showing off in some of the deeds we perform. We seek help from Allah. We ask you to guide us, make du'a for us, and advise us. May Allah reward you with good.
Answer:
We ask Allah to grant you success, sound judgment, and guidance to the straightest path. We advise you to fear Allah, to persist in doing good, and to beware of the whispers of Shaytan and his beautification of evil. Indeed, Shaytan is a clear enemy who wants to discourage you from good. So be careful to guard against his whispers, stand firm on good, and strive to bring your hearts to presence in prayer, to devote yourselves to prayer, to advise one another to truth and patience, and to beware of the whispers of Shaytan. Continue in the good that you wish to reach others, such as charity, teaching, or other forms of good.
It is obligatory to beware of Shaytan and his whispers in all matters. We ask Allah for your success and assistance in all good and in the rectification of hearts and deeds.
The presenter : O Allah, amen. May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
