Ruling on marrying a woman whose brother was breastfed by one’s mother

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: My maternal aunt’s daughter, her eldest brother was breastfed by me more than five times. Is it permissible for me to marry her, or not?

Answer:
Yes, as long as he was breastfed by your mother, and you were not breastfed by her mother, she is a stranger to you. He is your brother through breastfeeding, provided he was breastfed by your mother. However, if you were breastfed by her mother, or by her father’s wife, five times or more, she is forbidden to you. But if only her brother was breastfed by your mother, or by your sisters, she is not forbidden to you, because she was not breastfed. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
