The distance that makes congregational prayer obligatory

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: I work as a farmer, and the farm is far from the mosque, so I am unable to pray in congregation. What do you advise me to do? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
If you are far away and do not hear the call to prayer, then pray in the farm, and praise be to Allah. However, if you are close enough to hear the regular call when the mu'adhdhin calls, then it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation. As for the sound of the loudspeaker, the ruling does not depend on it, because it can be heard from far away. But if you hear the call without the loudspeaker when the noise is quiet and there are no obstacles, then it is obligatory for you to hasten and pray with the people, provided you do not fear danger to the place... and pray with the congregation. There is no blame on you for leaving the prayer if you do not hear the call; rather, pray in your place. Likewise, if you are in a place you fear for if you leave, then you pray in it, you pray in it to protect it and to avoid danger, if there is no one there to guard it.
However, if you are able to lock the doors, or if there is someone to guard it, the point is that if there is no danger, it is obligatory for you to pray with the congregation if you hear the call, provided you hear the call at times when there is nothing preventing the sound of the call. As for the sound of the loudspeaker, it may be heard from far away, and the ruling does not depend on it. The ruling is based on the regular sound when the noise is quiet and there are no obstacles. Therefore, it is obligatory for you to make an effort and perform the prayer with the Muslims. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
