The ruling on sleeping after the Fajr prayer until sunrise

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says about himself: I am a man who prays with the congregation in the Fajr prayer, and after the prayer ends, I lean back and sleep until the sun rises. Is there any sin on me for that?

Answer:
There is no blame on you, but the best thing to do instead is to occupy yourself with the remembrance of Allah, reading the Qur'an, glorifying Him, and making supplication until it becomes morning, if that is possible for you. That is the best. As for sleeping, there is no harm in it, but occupying this great time at the beginning of the day with remembrance and supplication is better. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
